Reminiscing the fun times in Hong Kong for Halloween last year... decided to hit the town on 31 October 2009 to check out the dressings of SG-ean.... Well must say it's a disappointment since the celebration wasn't of the scale of HK where police were mobilised to barricade LKF... Oh well who was to blame when even myself didn't put in effort to dress up.... hahaha Next year!! =P

After rotting around for 2 hours Diku finally came and we decided to go club.... haa honey's liver is failing.... =X Headed over to Lunar.... my 1st time there.... Honey's recommendation of mandarin+ canto pop and R&B....

This year is an extraordinary year with lotsa surprise greetings from pple least expected.. haa

A series of celebrations till date.....

First up was Jing Restaurant!

They serve really superb chinese food... better than any other place i've been.... but of coz at an astronomically price too.... lolx the set we ate was $88 per pax but worth every single cent with dishes like hairy crab, shark fin, cod fish etc.... can't rem how many course we ate... but every dish nv fail to impress us.... haa Thankiex to Da Jie who always treat us to food we nv would have imagined eating.... =X

2nd celebration was with family at Paramount after hearing so much raves bout it.... but turns out to be a disappointment =( Maybe we really shldnt have ordered the ala carte buffet.... boo~ Think Club Chinois beat it hands down anytime... Perhaps Paramount can consider transferring the chef over... hahaha But the interior decor surprises mi... wld have expected it to b pretty rundown but turns out to be quite victorian style... my bro say noble house also has similar decor.. maybe it's the Tung Lok design... haa

Was planning to work late at GSOL coz of the Q3 reporting when my TIC suggested to go for dnr... but he needed to collect sth from his fren 1st so we went over to No Signboard to look for his fren... When we reached there I saw BZ sitting at the table... ben ben mi still excitedly wana tell my TIC so qiao BZ also went there for dnr.... then i saw my ex-TIC sitting beside BZ i noe sth is amissed.... hhahaha SURPRISE SURPRISE! My dearest GSOL team actually held a b'day dinner for me! ^^

Reali grateful for all the wonderful b'day treats from everyone and the thot of celebrating for miii~ Just realised all the celebrations are Chinese food.... lolx

Yesterday was Nii-san's tanjyoubi... Bought a choco cakie for him....

He claims this is nicer than the Canele cakie i bot last yr... lolx

Met up with Zhiyun today! 2 weeks after she's back from Copenhagen... it seems like she has nv left b4... still as bimbo as ever =) But IM this yr will nv be the same without my bubbly TIC anymore... sighx.... Anw it was her bday on the 7th so I bot her a sunflower from the florist oppo teh tarik... the florist wrapped it up into a reali pretty bouquet!! Too bad there was no pink gerbera.... =(

Helping da jie to f/u on her jobs and I dunno if she's unlucky or i'm just bad at handling clients... got scolded on the phone for 2 hours yst... tdy got another scolding again.... times like this mks mi dived into depression.... >.

Cutting all my social life coz of my ugly face..... sighx.... I want back no mk up days!!! T.T

Phew endured a week of work after such a long break... hahaha really not used to a 5 days week now... >.<>

Anw had our dnr @ Tonkichi and desserts @ Heaven's loft.... nice name but expensive ne... =S All fotos with Lulu... will post when I get them.... See the power of Samsung Omnia II... haha

My cooking exp part II!

After the cui-ed attempt at mking pancake with Joling.... I did it again! hahaha this time with more butter n smaller fire.... n Yataaaaaaaaa! Nii-san say it's UMAI! hahaha oichi~ ^.^v

Ok i noe it looks like cookies more than a pancake.... hahaha Nii-san said it's nicer than Makku's hotcakes coz it's more crispy... Wahaha n he asked for more.... Yayyy~ BUT he still say it has a prata taste.... so muz b the mix's prob.... hahhaa nxt time shall buy the mix from Meidi-ya to try...

Today I attempted a slightly more high level tabemono..... OKONOMIYAKI!!!

Looks pretty decent ritessss? hahaha i think the key to okonomiyaki is to drapple it with tonnes n tonnes of sauce... then cfm nice alrdy.... lolx Nii-san was my guinea pig again... initially he said he juz had lunch n refuse to eat it.... but after tt he finished a big slice n said UMAI! oichi~ ^.^v Yatta~~

Although we've been to Ion before, but Joling and I realised we haven't really explore the place before so decided to go there on Hari Raya! And as usual.... the place is jam packed with hito...

Okonomiyaki! The portion was really huge! Can treat it as a main course le lorz... Joling say lidat then value for money.... hahaha

Stone pot rice which we think was adapted from Korea... hahaha a lil bland and to quote from Ryo... "the rice is really ORDINARY"

Anw we shopped arnd Ion for a few hours... going to our usual Tamp One shops like Mitju and Topshop.... hahahah Lotsa tempting winter wear at Zara, New Look, Calvin Klein and those bo liao accessories at Accessorize, River Island, Levis.... Pretty bag at Dior.... Boo~ I want more MONEY! =(

After that we went over to Liang Court and did some grocery shopping! haha~ We actuali hung around Meidi-ya supermarket for like 1hr! Finally bot my okonomiyaki mix... hopefully it wun turn out to be an akira shocker like the pancakes... hahaha Also bot Joling's fav onigiri... niceeee... i lurve salmon.... Then it was Party World time! Initially I thot 3 hours for 2 persons is wayyyyyyy too long.... but turns out we could have stayed on for another hour... hahaha Kun kun hong chen! hahaha Fell in love more with Hyun Joong after the SS501 MVs.... <3

Attended the ICPAS course last week and all I can rem was the great tea breaks!! hahaha It was always so sumptuous... =X N all the food r so nice... we think they have great caterer! haha But well... all good things come to an end and it ended with a test on Friday.... booboo.... Certainly hope I don't hafta sit for the retest *cross fingers* realise i din take much fotos lately.... shld have taken at the ICPAS course... rarrrrrrrrr~ Anw it's back to work nxt wk... T.T

On a side note there's a guy at the course who reminds mi of Ji Hoon... *grinx* him roaming bout alone.... holding a cup n stand by the window.... >.< I hope it's not the last time i will c him... O.O
